Barbara Clawson is a graduate research fellow with the Madison Liberty Institute.
Barbara has spent seven years living in the Middle East and has visited more than a dozen countries. The international communities she has lived in attract people from over 80 different nationalities which has provided her daily experience working with diverse cultures and viewpoints. While living in Saudi Arabia, she worked in business and education. She currently resides in Doha, Qatar during the school year and spends summers at her home in Rexburg, Idaho. She is TEFL certified and will graduate with a Master’s Degree in Sociology this December from Arizona State University.
When not studying social theory, Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She loves to read, play the piano, and play board games with other bored people. One of her life goals is to visit all the 400+ national parks and historic sites listed in her Passport To Your National Parks Collector’s Edition.
