Free Market Economy

“It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own interest.”  – Adam Smith

A free economy is a strong and prosperous economy.  An economy of free markets is the only system to turn man’s self-interest (or greed) into a force making them want to serve one another.  The honest businessman profits himself by making his customers happy. People who like to earn incomes work hard to please their employers.  Producers and consumers mutually benefit from the voluntary exchange of goods and services. Innovation rewards go to the inventors, so they have the incentive to find new products and services.

“[T]he record of history is absolutely crystal clear. That there is no alternative way, so far discovered, of improving the lot of the ordinary people that can hold a candle to the productive activities that are unleashed by a free enterprise system.”  – Milton Friedman
